SHIPPING INFORMATION

Where do you ship?

We ship to street addresses in the United States and Canada.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


Canada:
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Once your international online order is placed, our Customer Support Team will contact you to apply the necessary duties and taxes to your order.

What are your shipping rates?

United States:
In-stock items will ship within one to three business days via UPS. Once your order ships please allow between two and eight days for delivery. Rates depend on the weight and size of the package shipped. We offer the following delivery options at the checkout: 

• UPS Ground
• UPS 3rd Day Air
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS Next Day Air

New York customers can choose to hold the items for pick-up at our Manhattan store, free of charge.

Canada
In-stock items will ship within one to three business days via UPS. Once your order ships please allow between two and eight days for delivery. Rates depend on the weight and size of the package shipped. We offer the following delivery options at the checkout:

• UPS Standard
• UPS Worldwide Saver
• UPS Worldwide Express 
• UPS Worldwide Express Plus

Oversized Items
Certain items will require an additional Oversized surcharge (due to their size and/or weight). This charge is listed on the items’ product description page under Shipping & Return and is in addition to the standard shipping charges listed above.

When must my order be placed to ensure guaranteed delivery?
Orders must be placed before noon (12pm) ET to guarantee next day, 2nd day or 3 day air.

How can I track an order?
You will receive an e-mail when your order has been shipped. This e-mail will include confirmation of purchase, shipping information, and the tracking number you will need to track your order. You can also call +1 (212) 257-5655 Monday through Saturday, 11 am to 7 pm (ET) and Sunday, 11 am to 6 pm (ET) for additional assistance.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Many of our products are made of fine materials, such as crystal or China. We will package your order with excessive care. However, we cannot control the conditions in transit. If your product(s) arrive(s) damaged, you may return at no charge.

What if I change my mind and need to cancel an order?
You may cancel your order until it shipped. Once it is shipped, and you receive it and you are still not in love with it, you will have to return it and will be responsible for the shipping & handling fees. For more information, please check our Returns & Echanges page
