Returns & Exchanges



We understand that returns happen and your satisfaction is very important to us. If, however, a purchase fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly refund the item. We will accept returned goods for full refund within 10 days of in-store purchase date or online package delivery date. Returns made after that date and before 30 days will be given store credit. Returns are only accepted before 30 days.

Items must be returned unused – any returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted for a return. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only.

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) number to allow easy identification and prompt processing with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package. Items returned without a RMA will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Refunds will be credited to the same card, or Paypal account used for purchase upon receipt and inspection of your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Special Order Items

Items which have to be specially ordered from our vendors are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.


Final Sale Items

Clearance items are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.


If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit or refund and purchase the new item separately. The above return policy applies. Shipping is complementary on the replacement item.
