Produced from a late 17th century drawing, this classic silver-plated flatware exemplifies simplicity yet is also extremely modern. It features a spearhead or "rat-tail" reinforcement on the tine of the fork and bowl of the spoon. Meanwhile, the knife design is reminiscent of the rounded form of the old hunting knife, with its curved blade, round handle and stud on the end. Cardinal is the silver-plated version of the Richelieu flatware.
